This program will focus on high-level strategy to operationalize the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) in a period of change, defend against the coming wave of consumer class actions related to the CCPA, and keep abreast of the quickly evolving privacy developments at the federal and state level.

We will offer defensive strategies that in-house teams can consider in guiding CCPA operationalization efforts, including building relationships with vendors to minimize burdens across your vendor ecosystem. We will also provide real-time insight gleaned from Capitol Hill and provide guidance on effective ways to influence federal legislative developments.
